Description

This course will introduce you to advanced process optimization techniques using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.

Six Sigma is a methodology focused on improving the quality of processes and reducing variability in production and services, which can help companies achieve greater efficiency and cost savings.
This five-day training should provide participants with sufficient knowledge and skills needed to successfully complete the Six Sigma Green Belt certification and to apply the Six Sigma methodology in their work environment.
