Required knowledge

Participants should already have a solid understanding of Scrum – either through work experience in Scrum or verified by a PSM I exam.

Target audience

Everyone involved in the management and coaching of agile product development in a multi-team arrangement at Scrum.

Certification

The globally recognized Scaled Professional Scrum certification exam demonstrates excellent knowledge of multi-team product development at Scrum. If you take the exam within 14 days of receiving the voucher, but achieve negative results, you will receive another voucher for the exam from Scrum.org.

Charismatic mentor. One of the most experienced Scrum experts in Poland and licensed Scrum.org trainer for seven years now.

She took part in many transformations. Due to her experience in work with both teams and business she usually does the heavy lifting. She is the first licensed teacher of Nexus – Scrum scaling exoskeleton – in Poland. Outstandingly patient and determined. Her aim is to change the way software is developed in Poland. She teaches everything that can be of help to the organization and to beating it’s rivals: Agile, Scrum, Kanban, leadership, good management, teamwork.
