Contents
Participants will learn how to lead a Lean-Agile transformation by utilizing the techniques and concepts of the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and the seven key competencies of the Lean Enterprise during this four-day Implementing SAFe course with SPC certification. You'll put your coaching skills to the test by launching Agile Release Trains (ARTs), empowering a Lean portfolio, and fostering a DevOps culture.Study Materials
