Transformational Leadership: Self-aware leader (EN)

Description

The program is focused on the personal development of everyone who is on the way to becoming real leaders.

The program helps to develop the personal qualities and social manifestations of leaders, increases their level of emotional maturity and clarifies how this maturity affects their leadership style. This program combines emotional and transformational leadership to support the overall development of the participant.

This course is designed for 6 days, divided into 3 two-day blocks.

• To create a leader who knows himself, his motivation and is able to work with his habits.
• Strengthen the leader's ability to create an environment that motivates and develops his team and leads them to independence and responsibility.
