Description

Each of us encounters various difficult communication situations. Not only the communication skill itself, but also the ability to work with one's emotions and the emotions of the communication partner play a role in the successful management of these situations. 

Feelings of anger, guilt, fear or stress can have a very negative effect on the outcome of communication. As part of our training, we will focus on both levels of successful management of challenging situations - emotional management and effective communication. The training will be based on the experience and specific situations of the participants. We will apply individual communication techniques to the difficult situations they have entered - for example, how to give negative feedback so that the other does not get upset; how to refuse and be accommodating; how to react to offensive statements or criticism or how not to get involved in manipulative games.

  • how to establish a relationship with people of different personality types
