Description
Since this course presents a comprehensive concept of business analysis from the perspective of the BABOK® standard, it is therefore suitable for both beginners in the field of business analysis and for more experienced business analysts.
The course introduces business analysis based on the BABOK® standard, provides practical examples of the application of this "best practice", encourages the class interactions and especially uses a set of interlinked exercises to practice selected business analysis techniques and approaches.
